The documentary focuses on the organic food industry and building green. The recent rapid growth of the organic food industry is a clear indication of consumers caring more about their health and the health of the planet. Building green is becoming the norm, and the documentary covers techniques used to build green commercially.
Pizza Fusion is ‘The Green Business’ that ties the film together. A franchise that sells organic pizza, takes sustainable businesses practices to the next level, and now requires LEED certification (the standard by which green building is measured) by all franchisees.
